It’s time to think outside of the Gift Boxes! While scrolling through Instagram the other day, I noticed an ad for membership to a museum near by and when I saw the price I thought… sheesh, I don’t know if we can fit that in our budget. I’m HUGE on budgeting and while I do normally budget for experiences, sometimes the unexpected can come at a cost that just doesn’t make sense to us. Plus, I tend to put my baby first in EVERYTHING so personal experience are pretty minimal for me right now. So… EXPERIENCES ARE GOING AT THE TIME OF MY WISH LIST FOR CHRISTMAS! And here we are:

1. FLORAL ARRANGING AND DECORATING CLASSES – Well, this is much more than just floral arranging but I recall this one company from an episode on Shark Tank! I believe it started out as virtual floral arranging classes and has now turned into a multitude of classes from table decorating to baking! Alice’s Table is filled with experiences to choose from so if you can’t decide from my list, check out the options on their website!
2. COCKTAIL OR MIXOLOGY CLASS – If you’re big on specialty cocktails like I am, you’ll appreciate gifting (or getting) a mixology class for Christmas! I actually think it’s perfect to give to couples!!
3. ANNUAL PARK PASS – This can actually be for a park or museum! Give your recipient the flexibility they need to visit said park or museum whenever they want, as many times as they want!
4. CLASSPASS MEMBERSHIP – If you have someone in your life that is looking to get in shape in the New Year or just wants to live a more active and healthier lifestyle in 2022, why not buy them a membership to ClassPass!? 5. ONLINE COURSE SUBSCRIPTION – Have you or anyone you know REALLY wanted to take a course online for anything in particular? Whether it’s to learn how to speak a new language or play a new instrument? Help them get to their dream goal by paying the way!
6. SPORT OR CONCERT TICKETS – Is their favorite artist coming to town? Is there a performance they really don’t want to miss? Buy them tickets so they don’t miss the show!
7. PHOTOSHOOTS – This might seem a bit over the top but hear me out! When was the last time you took a professional photo of yourself or with family? If your answer was Sears Portraits, book a modern day photoshoot today. You can find local photographers very easily (sometimes through Facebook groups) but they can be a bit costly. Book a photoshoot so the recipient will have beautiful photos to treasure forever!
8. CITY SCAVENGER HUNTS – If your loved one is into games and adventure, give the gift of a local scavenger hunt to really get to know the area on a new level! Date Night, anyone?
