Most Played with LOVEVERY Toys In Our Home

Now that we’ve got two littles in the house, I’ve found myself rotating more LOVEVERY toys and playthings. In doing so, I’ve become more aware of what is most popular here at home, and what playthings are normally tossed to the side. I wanted to share with you some of our favorite and most played with LOVEVERY toys in our home!

So far, we have gone through a total of 14 LOVEVERY playkits which include the entire 0-12 month playkit collection, 1 year old playkits, 3 of the 2 year old play kits, and just 1 of the 3 year old kits. I do want to be transparent in the fact that we’ve been very fortunate to work together with Lovevery to help promote the playkits, however we did pay for the first year of kits before the collaborations began.

I’d love to break down our top 5 favorites below!

Our favorite toys from the LOVEVERY Play Kits

• Magic Tissue Box from the Senser Play kit – It comes in the play kit for babies months 5-6 where developmentally, they are learning about dexterity. So practicing to pull things out like the fabric tissues provided helps improve their fine and gross motor skills. Later in their first year, it can also help them learn about object permanence. We like to show her a favorite toy, and then “put it to sleep” in the magic tissue box and then “wake it up” again by pulling it out. Now, my toddler loves to use it as a treasure box to hide her jewels!
• Slide and Seek Ball Run from the Babbler Play kit – Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the items from the Lovevery Babbler Play kit, it’s seriously been one of our favorites! It’s a great toy that also teaches about object permanence, but as my first baby grew into toddlerhood, we have also taught her about how speed changes depending on size and weight of the ball!
• Wooden Coin Bank Set (and tops) from the Babbler Play kit – Another hit that keeps getting play action at home! For babies around the ages of 13,14,15 months and beyond, this plaything REALLY helps with improving fine motor skills! Our toddler likes to use it as her bank box for pretend play! She’ll keep her pretend coins and dollars in it.
• Fuzzy Bug Shrub from the Adventure Play kit – Its designed to help build finger strength and dexterity by either picking the bugs off the felt with their fingers, or using the tweezers it comes with. This was a hit for both the baby and toddler!
• The Buckle Barrel from the Companion Play Kit – While it’s designed for ages 22 months and up, I definitely think it should be introduced earlier as my 15 month absolutely LOVES it! She’s really into wanting to buckle things and while she can’t quite unbuckle things herself yet, she gets a kick out of snapping together the different buckles. With my now toddler, as she learned how to unbuckle, I would turn it into a race or a game of saving some of her other toys. The toys or dress-up bracelets would be buckled in, and she would have to save them! This gave me enough time to do laundry in peace. If ya know, ya know!

These are just the top 5, but there are tons of other playthings that our girls have absolutely loved when they were developmentally of age to explore them! The Lovevery Books have ALWAYS been a hit in our home, too (My Favorite Nature Buddy is our favorite)! And remember, lots of the playthings in each of these kits can be combined to create fun new ways to play at any age!

And who can forget The Play Gym!? That thing has been on rotation in our home since both of our girls were doing tummy time in their infancy all the way through now with our toddler turning 4 soon and using it as a fort!
