Sure, you could go on a Valentine’s Day date to the movies, Or just go out to eat at a restaurant. But if you’re looking for other fun Valentine’s Day Date ideas, read below! If you’ve been asking yourself “What should I do for Valentine’s Day this year?”, I’ve got you!

10 Valentine’s Day Date Ideas

  • Make a Scrapbook of your Relationship – Whether you’re a crafty couple or not, this is something special to do together while remembering some of moments in your relationship. Find a notebook, some of your favorite photos together, recipes of your favorite meals, ticket stubs to shows you’ve been to, cards or notes you may have saved of each other, etc. Pour yourselves a glass of wine and get to scrapbooking!
  • Cook Dinner Together – Ever gone to a restaurant together and said to each other WOW… this is REALLY GOOD! Why not recreate that dish together at home? Look up the recipe, get your ingredients and cook the meal together.
  • Give Each Other Massages – Not going to lie, one of my favorite date ideas EVER! Not everyone has it in the budget to get couples massages often. Hell… not everyone has it in the budget to get a solo massage often. Grab the massage oil and set the mood with serene-like spa music, dim lights and relaxing essential oils diffusing in the room.
  • Take an Art Class – Ghost, anyone? Check your area for pottery classes or painting classes. Don’t have a class available in your area, pull a Titanic Jack and Rose moment and draw each other! If you’re brave enough… draw each other in the nude!
  • Take a Dance Class together – Nothing feels greater than having a dance partner at parties. I’m really big on dancing Salsa and my husband has been dying to take classes to learn so that we can be forever salsa dance partners. This is at the top of our list!
  • Garden together – There’s something really special about gardening together. It’s a great way to connect with each other. Plant something together like a tree or flower garden and watch love grow!
  • Recreate your first (or favorite) date – First dates are pretty special. Why not recreate that moment and reignite the spark! Recreate your first date or even just your favorite date, ight down to the same outfits and perfume/cologne you wore on the same day!
  • Go Skydiving – This is for the adventure seekers. The adrenaline junkies. If you want to REALLY do it big on valentine’s day, profess your love to each other while jumping out of a flying plane.
  • Have a Picnic – If the weather is right, pack up some sandwiches, your favorite bottle of wine, a blanket and a basket, head to a nearby park (or even just your backyard) and spend time together in each other’s presence while having your picnic!
  • Backyard Movie Night – You don’t need a projector for this (although that would make the date pretty epic). Bring your laptop out to your backyard, pitch a tent, and snuggle under a blanket to watch your favorite movie together!
